Wireless Perimeter Detection System

We have two perimeter detection systems. Both systems are wire free.

External pir system
The 1st shown here to the right uses 2 interlacing pirs covering the same area, both pirs must activate to cause an alarm condition. This make the unit very good at filtering out false alarms.
The units are connected via radio to a receiver which is in turn connected either to a code operated control panel or our GSM control centre which can then be set / unset from a mobile phone. This make the system flexible enough to cope with many applications including car parks, residential premises, gardens, stores, etc in fact anywhere that security is a problem.

Perimeter Guard
This system uses a a twin pir unit shown opposite. The Perimeter Guard has one pir sensor at the top of the unit and one at the bottom both pir sensors must be active in order to cause an alarm. This is how the Perimeter Guard knows the difference between a cat or a dog for example and a human.

As with the external pir system the the Perimeter Guard is battery powered so the units can be located at the boundaries of your property and transmit their alarm messages back to the receiver panel in your home or business.

The Perimeter Guard system also has portable receiver which means that when protecting a temporary site such as an open air event you can reduce the number of guards by deploying Perimeter Guard units instead. For example where you may have had 4 guards you can now have 2 guards and 2 Perimeter Guard units.

A Repeater unit is available which will enable the range between the Sensor and the Control Unit to be extended. This could be housed in an outbuilding provided there is a power source available.

Both the above systems can be used to trigger other security equipment such as intruder and CCTV systems.
